All arrivals are between 09:00 and 11:00.
This ensures our team has enough time to inspect the vehicle and make it ready for the next rental. Exceptions are possible if and when the vehicle is available later.

Do not return the vehicle late: there is a 75$/hour penalty that will be levied if another rental is scheduled!

Once your booking is confirmed on RVezy.com, you’ll receive an online questionnaire up to 7 days prior to your departure date. You’ll get to confirm contact info and secure your departure and arrival times. 

In the meantime, feel free to reach out with any questions you might have through the chat, the RVezy message center or our contact page. 

There’s actually a very good reason to go through RVezy for your rental: the first and perhaps most important, is that you will be properly insured! Remember that commercial insurance for RVs is nearly impossible to obtain unless you have a full fleet, so that guy on Marketplace that rents his RV for cheaper? It’s only a good deal until someone needs to file an insurance claim! 

As well, RVezy offers nationwide assistance, something even the biggest rental fleets struggle to maintain. 

We handle no part of any transactions. Not payment, not security deposit, not even insurance claims. If you have questions or issues with payment, please reach out to the RVezy team. If you’re still having issues, let us know and we’ll see if we can help in another way. 

Yes, we can accomodate your vehicle, free of charge, in our video-monitored parking area. We will request that keys be surrendered in case we need to shuffle vehicles around. You can also charge your EV at our location.

There’s a good chance we do. We have a wide selection of equipment to support the RV connoisseur or simply to accommodate overseas travellers. You’ll find included items and extras on the vehicle page. 

No, V-Aire.ca is a turnaround agency. We provide services to RV owners and we list, clean and maintain their RVs for them. We also ensure that the vehicles are compliant, properly insured and in good working order.

We sure can, although we strongly advise against it: the Montreal Trudeau Airport is a very heavy traffic area, busy pretty much around the clock. We recommend taking the time to unwind from your arrival, take a breath and instead travel to our location where you’ll find a place to sit and relax. 
Plus, if you’re headed east (as most are!), we’re on your way there!

Your rental is governed by RVezy’s terms and condition and we invite you to become familiar with them. We encourage you to take the RVezy’s Roadside plan to prevent any out-of-pocket expenses in case something goes wrong.

While we will gladly assist with solutions to resolve most problems, we do NOT provide roadside assistance outside of the RVezy’s Roadside plan.
